I have had the pleasure of knowing Victor for almost 40 years. He was my best friend during my earliest years and memories. Throughout Victor’s life he has been an efficient and effective member of various teams: educational, business, athletic, personal… the list is vast. He has held himself to the highest moral standards as a contributing member of society. Victor has an imaginative ability to “think outside the box”, with innovations that are sure to impress most. Throughout life I have looked up to my friend Vic as an intellectual and highly capable superior. It is so befitting that Victor has set his eyes on serving our hometown and people of Newton.
